Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after delivery to request a return. The return shipping costs will be deducted from refund amount of returned items.

Please make sure to include the order number and reason for return.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label which shipping costs will be deducted from refund amount, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 10 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 

 

Lifetime Warranty

At Kenz, we are positive that the quality of our products is excellent and will last you a lifetime. In fact, if any rust or discoloration happens on our stainless steel and 18k gold plated products, we will replace it for free if available.

Lifetime warranty does not apply to products that have scratches over time or are broken.
